Founded in 1999, CRESINC currently manages approximately 1,300,000 square feet. CRESINC manages office buildings, supermarket anchored shopping centers, warehouses and apartment buildings.

CRESINC has improved the value of their client’s real estate through clear communication with the Tenants, Owners and Vendors, solid and timely accounting, thorough maintenance programs, effective leasing and a high percentage of tenant retention.
