Jack Conway Dunn
Responsibilities
Jack Dunn is Principal of Conway Real Estate Services, Inc. His company provides property management services to the Dunn Family Real Estate Portfolio as well as a multitude of other clients. Jack manages day to day operations as well as business development for Conway.
Experience
Jack graduated from USC in 2019 and began a career in single tenant net lease brokerage at Kidder Matthews. He focused on the disposition of CVS and Rite Aids, selling a total of $74MM in his first two years of brokerage. He then moved on to J2 Capital Advisors, a boutique brokerage firm where he was a senior broker.
Jack began property management alongside his brokerage career, and moved into full time property management in 2023. His attention to detail and drive towards client satisfaction have left him with long standing relationships in the industry.
Education
Jack has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance. Jack attended Loyola High School, class of 2015. He is an active member of ICSC and he is a board member of the Studio City Business Improvement District.
Matthew Conway Dunn
Responsibilities
Matthew C. Dunn is lead consultant of Conway Real Estate Services, Inc. He uses his depth of experience to help Conway handle all business problems and opportunities.
Experience
Matthew has over twenty years of commercial property management experience. His industry experience includes an extensive background in all property types.
Matthew began his real estate career at the Charles Dunn Company in 1995. He formed Conway Real Estate Services in 1999 and currently manages a 1,300,000 square foot portfolio.

Education & Professional Accomplishments
Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. He is an active member of ICSC, BOMA, and Surfrider Foundation. Matthew lives in Playa Vista and his son, Finley Thomas Dunn, attends college on the East Coast.
Sherman Sevidal
Responsibilities
Sherman Sevidal is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Conway Real Estate Services, Inc.
Experience
Sherman oversees the operation and management of a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining CRESINC, Sherman brings over 15 years of commercial property management experience having worked for IDS Real Estate Group and SJR Investments, Inc. based in Downtown Los Angeles and Beverly Hills respectively.
Education
Sherman holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License, has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from BOMI and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines.
